What is covered and not covered in my warranty?
All hardware components are covered in the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and the term. Most companies cover you for 1 or 2 years.
You are not covered for any Physical Damaged caused by you, Liquid Spills and Theft.
Is my new computer upgradeable?
If it is a Desktop we can upgrade any part of the computer. If its a Laptop we can only upgrade the Memory, Storage Capacity, Video memory and CPU as they are limited.
Can I have my new computer customised?
We can customise any Desktop Computer to your needs. Laptops cannot be customised as they are limited and branded.
How long will it take for my new computer to arrive?
Delivery of your new computer can take between 3 - 7 working days.
